Angeli Möller leads as Chief Health Officer at Zühlke, where she sets the strategic direction for driving innovation across pharmaceutical manufacturing and global health systems. Her career spans senior leadership roles at Roche, Bayer, and Thomson Reuters. At Roche, she spearheaded global data strategy, applying AI and analytics to optimise R&D, manufacturing, and patient engagement. At Bayer, she enhanced manufacturing efficiency through AI integration across the pharmaceutical division and supported software-as-a-medical-device development in radiology. Beyond corporate leadership, Angeli influences policy and innovation at the highest levels. She serves on the UK Government’s Science and Technology Facilities Council, vice-chairing its Business and Innovation Board, shaping allocation of an £8 billion budget that fuels scientific and industrial collaboration. As co-founder of the Alliance for Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare, she champions the uptake of ethical, interoperable, and patient-centred AI across the health sector. A molecular biologist by training, Angeli holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh. She advises biotech start-ups and non-profit organisations advancing research in rare diseases and metabolic health. Angeli is known for forging cross-sector partnerships that bridge technology, policy, and practice.
