Horacio Barreda

Driven by a strong commitment to Human Rights, particularly for LGBTQ+ communities, and to advancing access to mental health as well as sexual and reproductive health services, Horacio has over 10 years of experience leading networks of young people living with HIV. He has played a key role in strengthening the participation of new generations in the design, implementation, and accountability of public policies. Currently, Horacio serves as Chair of the Global Fund Youth Council and as a member of the International Board of Y+ Global.
