About Shri Vikram Pagaria
Vikram Pagaria is an officer of the 2010 batch of the Indian Revenue Service and has been posted as Director (IT,Coordination & IEC) at National Health Authority. He is responsible for accelerating adoption of digital health in NHA. He coordinates with various private and non-government organizations to integrate with Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). He is also managing the Information, Education and Communication (IEC) and IT related activities for ABDM.
Vikram holds a Bachelor in Technology in biological sciences and bioengineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, a Masters degree in taxation and business laws from NALSAR University, India and an MPH degree from the Harvard Chan School in Global Health.
Prior to working for the Government of India, he has worked for a startup working in the field of intellectual property consultancy in India. He has also volunteered for a number of NGOs, working in the field of community health and education. He has interests in rural health, telemedicine and capacity building. He is keen on leveraging his experience as a civil servant, an active volunteer, a bio-engineer and knowledge of public finance to contribute to LMIs to solve their public health challenges.
