About Benjamin Schreiber
Benjamin coordinates UNICEF’s Global Health Partnerships. This ensures that children’s rights to survival, growth, and development are central to our global health partners' joint visions, work, and priorities, ensuring that no child is left behind. Benjamin is also responsible for the strategic planning of UNICEF’s Health Programmes.
In preceding roles at UNICEF, he coordinated UNICEF’s ACT-A engagement and oversaw the implementation of $1.6B ACT-A HAC funding. Benjamin was also a Deputy in the Covid-19 Vaccine Delivery Partnership and coordinated the work on country readiness and delivery for the C19 vaccine roll-out. Beforehand, he was the Deputy in the Immunization Programme and also oversaw the immunization supply chain strengthening work.
Before joining UNICEF, Benjamin held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Agence de Medicine Préventive (AMP). Between 2005 and 2010, Benjamin held roles including as an investment manager for a Private Equity Fund and worked for the Boston Consulting Group at the Toronto office in Canada and Germany, and in the chemical industry.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University College of London, a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of Oxford, and an MBA from INSEAD in France.
A German national, Benjamin grew up in Belgium. He is married and has three daughters and lives outside Geneva.
